Inspection and Financing Contingencies

Inspection and Financing Contingencies are the biggest reason why sales fall through. For buyers to obtain the loan,  the house needs to be in a sellable condition. If the property needs repairs the buyers financing most likely will not be approved. We do not need inspections because we do not need a loan to buy your house.
