Q:  What if my name is not on title? 
A:  Many of our clients have has this same problem. There are many reasons why your name may not be on title. Q:  Can I sell my house if I have a lien or judgment? 
A:  Yes, you can sell your house with liens. We are happy to look deeper into your situation. Our experienced legal team may be able to help remove or negotiate your liens. Some liens may be placed incorrectly on your title or may have even expired.

Yes, you can sell if you have a judgment. Judgments are typically placed on individuals and not on the property. Judgements can expire over time so give us a call, we can look at them for you and share our experience and findings with you.

Q:  What if I can’t find the Trust or Will? 
A: Depending on the terms of the Trust our legal team may be able to put you in a position to sell the property. Every situation is different, and we will work closely with you to solve the problem.
